Abstract

This report presents the cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA) of a Saving Lives at Birth (SLAB) funded innovation –All Babies Count(ABC)–in Rwanda. ABC is an 18-month change acceleration program focused on training healthcare providers on the Rwandan National Neonatal Care Protocol to reduce preventable neonatal deaths.The CEA presented in this report quantifies the health and social impact of scaling up the ABC program over the period,2019 to 2030 in Rwanda
